Course Withdrawal
Pursuant to the decision of the Institute Board dated 23/01/2023 and numbered 02.01, course withdrawal procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions:
a) Students may withdraw from at most one course per semester within the academic calendar. Students who withdraw from a course must, in the following semester, enroll in the same course if the withdrawn course is compulsory, or in any elective course if the withdrawn course is an elective.
b) Students who have not completed the courses required for graduation may not withdraw from any course during their final course registration period (the 4th semester for master’s and doctoral programs, and the 6th semester for integrated doctoral programs).
c) Students who have completed and successfully passed all courses required for graduation may withdraw, within the relevant semester, from additional courses taken beyond graduation requirements. Such students are not required to replace the withdrawn course with another course, and courses withdrawn with a “W” grade, whether included or not included in the GPA (NC status), shall not prevent graduation.
