Course Withdrawal

Within the academic calendar, a student may withdraw from a maximum of one course per semester, except during the final course semester. Students in their final course semester are not allowed to withdraw from any course.

The student must enroll in a course in the following semester to replace the withdrawn course.

If the withdrawn course is a compulsory course, the student must retake the same course in the next semester when it is offered. If it is an elective course, the student must take a different elective course in the following semester.
